Pre-Arrival Orientations help to prepare new host parents for the exchange experience - Post-Arrival Orientations make sure that the student and the family get off to the right start and everyone is in sync

Local Coordinators contact each family, their student and the school at least monthly, monitoring the exchange and helping to ease through any 'bumps in the road'

Monthly Newsletters provide extensive information about the progress of exchanges, tips and interesting information, as well as a venue for students to exchange ideas, photographs and letters
