Kimberly Kaiser - President and Executive Director of NWS, since 1996 became interested in foreign cultures and languages as a high school student. Kimberly has a bachelors degree in Social Work, a Masters degree in Intercultural Relations/International Studies and has a Specialist degree in Education

Kimberly has worked in high school student exchange programs since 1985. She has traveled extensive around the world including Western Europe, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, China, and Japan. Her family has hosted 20 foreign exchange students. She is happily and newly married and has three daughters including a new step daughter
